After my mum’s major surgery, we couldn’t have been happier with the outstanding care provided by Ardent Care. From the very start, we were confident in their ability, especially when it came to meeting my mum’s nutritional needs. Their multicultural team understood exactly the type of food she enjoys and what would best aid her recovery, which made a huge difference to her comfort and healing. The carers visited twice a day, seven days a week, always arriving with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. My mum had nothing but praise for every member of the team, and it was clear how much she valued their support. Even the manager personally checked in from time to time to ensure everything was meeting and exceeding our expectations. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Their compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to my mum’s well-being were second to none. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ardent Care to anyone in need of high-quality, personalised care.

Mum has had carers now for 8 months coming to see her three times a day and as this is a small team, she has the same three carers which have got to know my mum really well and understand her needs. They are all friendly and provide excellent care. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We’ve had an at-home care service for my mum over the past five months following her operation, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The entire team has been incredibly friendly, caring, and professional throughout. The carers are always punctual and consistently go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed, whether it’s cooking meals, tidying around the house, or assisting with her physiotherapy exercises. Their support has made a real difference in her recovery and day-to-day comfort. One thing that really stands out is the lead manager's dedication, she check in regularly, genuinely care about my mum’s well-being, and actively seek feedback to ensure everything is running smoothly. Overall, my mum has been really pleased with the service, and so have we as a family. It's reassuring to know she’s in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommended.

My mother has been cared for by Ardent care since coming out of hospital after a fall. Ardent care have been very accommodating to my mothers needs and all her carers have been supportive. Mum looks forward to seeing them every day which is good for her and for us as her family. Thank you for always listening and making changes when needed this enables us all to feel mum is in good hands.

We have used Ardent Care Connect Services for the last two years (& continue to do so).The level of care is superb, The care we have in place is 24 hour, live in care which also includes hospital visits etc. I would highly recommend them in providing any form of elderly care as the team go above and beyond to look after their clients in a most professional and caring way

Jay has been the main carer for my mother for a number of years. She developed a fabulous relationship with mum. They were always laughing which created a lovely atmosphere. Always reliable and dedicated we could not fault the warmth and quality of service we received.
