Our Founder & Leadership
Jumai “Jay” Gukas, the Registered Manager and driving force behind Ardent, has more than 20 years of experience in social care and housing across Surrey. Motivated by personal caregiving experiences, Jay founded Ardent with a passion to build meaningful connections and deliver quality home care rooted in empathy and expertise

Our History
Ardent Care Connect Services was founded in Reigate, Surrey, by Jumai “Jay” Gukas, whose personal journey as a family caregiver inspired a vision for high-quality, person-centred home care. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted local provider, known for our genuine care, strong community ties, and commitment to making a positive impact every day.
